Speak for yourself. :You would score more points at a show in a 240 w/ a SR versus as Z32 with a TT. Nobody mentioned a show. Keep in mind, he lives in California. :Also 240SX is one of the drift kings right now. The Z32 isn't known for drifting, and as the above statement, nobody mentioned drifting. :Also, buying a used 240SX, way cheaper then buying a Z32 TT or NA. The car or the motor? Keep in mind, he lives in California. :Therefore this is just another way the SR swap would be cheaper if you look at the whole picture. Cheaper if you do ALL the swap yourself. Considering if you buy a Silvia front clip and get all the parts yourself, you would still need to have welding skills to put in engine mounts. There would be some fabrication skills that would have to come into play. Next, I'm assuming that he wants to keep the car on the streets. That's where the smog issues come in. Cheaper with SR20DET?
